Your initial payment will be charged to the card of your choice and your 3 monthly
subscription payments will be charged to the same card details that will be saved on your account as a recurring transaction/direct debit. If your card details change, please remember to update these details on your Dsmile account. Refer to our T&C’s for further information here
You can manage or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account here. Here, you can pause, cancel, update your payment method, change your postal address or view your subscription history at any time. Please remember to do this 48 hours prior to your subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for your products.

We are 100% vegan and our products are also gluten free, sugar free and SLS free.
Our products are proudly designed and formulated in Australia with some made in Melbourne. We work with a local TGA-approved lab in Melbourne to formulate our toothpaste and mouthwash concentrate.
At Dsmile we appreciate everyone has different taste, which is why we have formulated a mouthwash concentrate that you can personalise to suit you. If you find the recommended amount of drops makes the mouthrinse too strong, simply add less drops and more water to the mouthrinse bottle.
Your products are expected to last 3months. It is recommended that your toothbrush head is changed quarterly. By subscribing to Dsmile, you are automatically sent new toothbrush heads in your refill every three months.
If you find that you are running low on product sooner than expected, please review our recommended usage. If you find you are using the recommended amount and still running out of Dsmile product, please contact our customer service team via the live chat on Dsmile.com for additional product.
Once subscribed, your Dsmile kit will be delivered to you. Simply scan the QR code that is displayed on the inside of your box to view videos showing you how to effectively brush, floss and rinse.
Dsmile recommends children under 12 do not use these products due to the fluoride levels.
